Report A Claim

The Insurance Carriers that we are affiliated with would like the client involved in an accident to report that claim directly to the insurance company themselves. The Insurance Companies have found that by doing this process, it helps to keep insurance costs down.

The Insurance Agency of America recommends that you keep a file for any claim that you submit. Please remember to keep the claims person’s name and direct phone number in your file. Also, keep copies of all documents submitted to the carrier as well as documents received from the carrier regarding your loss.

If you have a claim, your company’s claims phone number is listed on your insurance card. You may also find the phone number in the folder our Agency provided you when you started the policy with us. We have also provided a list of companies claims phone numbers below.
